Lean Alliance Values

"Treat people as if they were what they ought to be,
and you help them to become what they are capable of being."
Goethe, Faust I

1. The person as the focal point
At the heart of every production system are the people that have capabilities without which continuous improvement could not take place.
2. Long-term thinking
We have the long-term interests of our customers in mind, which is the reason why we help them to establish a continuous improvement process which will function without us.
3. Trust is established with "Servant Leadership"
Leaders are there for their employees, and not the other way around. This is the only way that the employee's talents can be put to use in the interest of the whole organization.
4. Passion and enthusiasm
During the training sessions we want to transfer our passion and enthusiasm for continuous improvement to our customers' team members.
5. Continuous change
To us, continuous change is extremely valuable and does not pose a threat.
6. Integrity
It is important to us, that our actions are predictable, transparent, committed, just, logical and ethically correct in the eyes of our stakeholders.
7. "Go see - ask why - Treat with respect!"
Performing a consequent questioning of the facts while on-site (Gemba), and maintaining a fair approach towards the process owners is the starting point of all our actions.
