Our Lean Alliance team consists of trainers who all have more than 5 years of experience in implementing TPS within various cultural and industrial environments. 

Our trainers will be able to support your employees in their local language with more than 100 Kaizen workshops under their belt encompassing all aspects of the TPS. 

Generally our trainers have acquired their experience as consultants at leading Lean consultancies or as Kaizen managers or Six Sigma Master Blackbelts, and have come to us in order to convey their knowledge to others.




All of them are all-rounders in Lean Management as well as being experts in individual topics such as Kanban, TPM or TQC. .

The Lean Alliance trainers have all grown up in multi-cultural environments and are therefore in a position to live and work in very demanding environments. A substantial level of training in adult education, conflict management and even mediation concludes the trainers’ profile.
