Company history

2013
December: The company moves its new home base and training center to Seestrasse 35 in Seefeld at Lake Pilsensee in Germany. 

2012
December: Founding of daughter company Lean Alliance Profissional Ltda. in São Paulo, Brasil to serve closer the South American & Middle American Lean Alliance members more intensive, after training in Brasil already since 2005.

2010
Sep: Founding of daughter company Lean Alliance PTE Ltd in Singapore to serve the whole Asian Lean Alliance members more intensive, after training in Asia already since 2006.

2009
Jan: Founding of daughter company Lean Alliance Inc in Detroit where the cradle of the TPS stands - thanks to the work of Henry Ford. The North American market can be served more intensively, after training in the USA already since 2005.

2008
April: Management Buy-out – to live more fully the Toyota philosophy, on which the Lean Alliance Way is based.

2006
January: The company moves its new home base and training center to Seefeld in Germany.

2005
November: The former Growtth® Academy gains independence as the Lean Alliance GmbH, which now functions as a structured network of companies, thereby increasing the focus on core competencies and ensuring the quality and continuous improvement of the trainings, which are under continuous development.
The new Lean Training and Lean Alliance concept is guided by a new management team.

2003
Growtth® Academy is founded to meet the increasing demand from customers for training services.
