At the end of May Lean Alliance held a “Lean Talk” with their sensei Shunji Yagyu. Current and former trainees, clients and other people interested in lean from different industries used this day for lively discussions about the lean philosophy and its practical on-site implementation.

04th of May 2012

On January 12, 2012, B.Braun, in cooperation with Lean Alliance GmbH, concluded the last training week for the new Lean Professionals. In all, the training includes five weeks, and this was the last step. There were four participants from Brazil, one from Argentina and one from Chile, who will now take on the role of Lean change agent in their respective units such as Medical, Logistics, Quality and Braun Production System.

Article from local newspaper "L'Ardennais" covering the certification of two Lean Professionals from "Ateliers des Janves", a French company of 220 employees, specialized in forged parts for the automotive market. Lean Alliance and Ateliers des Janves have been working together since 2006 in this company which has maintained a very strong commitment to people development.

GmbH has founded its 2nd daughter company Lean Alliance PTE Ltd in Singapore.

In the beginning of the year we conducted a "Lean Wizard" contest among our customers in order to find the best "out-of-the-box thinkers". 1st of October 2007

On 25th and 26th of September 2007 we have conducted our last Round Table Networking event. While discussing the production systems of our members we visited two plants and learned about Kanban, Heijunka and One Piece Flow during our Muda Walks.
